Terms of Service
These terms apply to all Creative Strategy Sessions booked with Irigai.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through the website and are payable in full at the time of booking.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Rescheduling and cancellations
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Rescheduling can be done via the confirmation email you receive after booking.
Due to the nature of the work, sessions are non-refundable.
Session scope
Creative Strategy Sessions are focused, standalone sessions designed to provide clarity, direction, and strategic input.
They do not include:
ongoing support
additional deliverables beyond what is stated
Any further work can be discussed separately.
Preparation
You may be asked to complete a short questionnaire ahead of the session.
This helps ensure the session is as focused and effective as possible.
Follow-up
A short written summary may be provided following the session.
This is intended to capture key points and direction discussed.
Outcomes
Sessions are designed to provide clarity and actionable direction.
However, outcomes depend on how the insights are applied and implemented following the session.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
attending the session at the scheduled time
ensuring they have access to the required technology (e.g. video call platform)
engaging openly to make the most of the session
Changes to services
Irigai reserves the right to update or adjust services and session structures where necessary.
